Recreation Services is proud
to offer a wide variety of challenging group exercise
classes for all ages and fitness levels. Our goal
is to provide exercise options for the beginners
all the way up to the more advanced participants
in each class. Whether your goal is to lose some
weight, gain strength, or just get motivated to
stay on a regular fitness program, BSU Fit group
exercise classes have something for you! Please
